  I am meeting a MP for AMK GRC(not PM LEE) but a MP under this Jalan Kayu thingy.(mr w--)
  
  my school sent a few people to visit the 'meet-the-people' session...and i am selected. now the teacher call us prepare some questions to ask him...abt social studies, current affairs, etc.
  
  what i can think of now ish the 'par tor' as a CCA....and i oso dunno how to phrase my question properly...and btw, forumnites, please oso help me think of some qtns to ask him pls =p thks.
  
  btw i need it asap[going tomorrow actually]...serious thread too, no joke pls!

  so, MP, do you think that the integrated resorts will really attract foreigners into spore? do you think that they might onli come to spore just to see it once, and they would feel bored? do you have anyway to prevent this from happening?
  
  oso, if possible, do u tink we should build barriers in front to MRT tracks?

  Here's some questions:
  
  a. now that we are targeting population of 6.5m, how is the gahmen going to ensure there're jobs for everyone?
  
  b. with you guys encouraging so many FTs coming to Singapore, and with so many taking top-notch jobs and the locals relegated to lower end jobs, is this the second wave of colonisation?
  
  c. how would you convince the local guys to serve NS to protect the increasing number of FTs, who, at the first sight of trouble, will drop everything and scoot?
  
  d. The GST is going to increase and the gahmen says it need the money to fuel future growth. But HK also recently announce their budget and increased spending, so, how is it that HK can do so without raising GST but Singapore cannot?
  
  Tell him that if he cannot answer, he will make headlines tomorrow.

  AsK him abt his fugly daughter with the "GET OUT OF MY ELITE UNCARING FACE" attitude..
  
  Ask him how he raised his daughter with such a wonderful mindset..
  
  Better yet, ask him to describe the living conditions of household earning less than SGD$1000 a month and having to cope with impending GST...
  
  Ask him why Potong Pasir and Hougang residents are not getting their area upgraded as fast as PAP ward??? Aren't they also SIngaporean residents and paying the ever increasing taxes (GST, etc) to support the economy?
  
  Ask him why the need to increase civil servants pay at such a coincidental time when GST is increased. Is it to increase their own pocket ?
  
  Ask him where the govt gets the statistics that civil servants pay is lower then those in public sector (when in fact it is higher). Is raising the pay gonna takle the rootcause why many civil servants are leaving the public sector ?
  
  Ask him to watch " Just follow law" to understand the low efficiencies of the public sector.
  
  Ask him why the need for PUB, SINGTEL, etc etc to privatise when privatisation serve no purpose other than giving these bodies the power to monopolise the market due to NO competition. Does privatisation means that the company will be more efficient ??
  
  Lastly, ASK HIM TO STEP DOWN...
