  What is the market rates for employing an Account Executives?
  What should i look in for in their paper qualification?

  two K
  
  at least a degree in Account lor
  
  from NTU , Nus , SMu or SIM
  
  i think if got ACCA ,, then pay will be much much much higher

  account execs are basically sales ppl...
  low basic, based on commission
  depends on which industry, wat kinda products u selling.....
  
  quali not impt.....
  can be relevant to wat u wanna sell, like IT, chemical products, coca-cola or underwears?

  but nehmind, u not the first person to make this mistake...........
  
  for execs, LCCI would be the minimum..........
  got many different scope in the accounts dept......
  some companies hire one to bao sua bao hai, some (big) companies have 1 person to specialise in something, like 1 purely do AR, 1 purely AP......1 for claims and reimbursements......then one will be doing financial reports and analysis (usually the more senior, or got ACCA)
  u must oso know how to use some accounting software or ERP systems........if u know SAP lagi better........
