  Just had my dinner of da bao cai png..How long it takes for food to digest so I can go bathe? I'm guessing an hour or so

  the amount of time it takes for food to digest completely is around 6 hours .
  -food stays in the stomach for 2 hours,then it passes into the small intenstine for final part of digestion which lasts for 3hrs +++.
  
  if u want to speed up the rate of digestion,take in food rich is fibre like dark green leafy vegetables,bananas or apples.
  
  however,the rate of digestion also depends on the amount of food you take in.
  
  complete digestion takes 6hrs when u take in a full meal ,eg a bloated stomach after a food marathon
