i strongly believe only gt 1 method to lose wt. cmf will work... EXERCISE!!! results sure very slow... but steady as u will not gain back the wt u lost so easily... dun nid to starve urself n make urself gulity n unhappy when u eat sinful food. can eat all u wan, enjoy food... BUT muz exercise constantly(to maintain) la.... haha... agree?

When I gain finish. sibei lazy to lose weight liao, den until now, gained 16kgs.

there's a time i lost weight by keep drinking water but only strictly 3meals a day(oily, friend whatever meal) then keep drinking water & keep visitng e toilet. a month later lost 5kg. ain't sre if it applys to you guys

After doing all that, te used-to-be-skinny-and-eat-alot-also-cant-fat-me gained 16kgs....
Anyway, restricting from eating can lose weight cuz ur muscles(flesh,meat,wadeva u call it) is being eaten up to become energy...
