dat's cos u didn't have breakfast n dinner.
tell u wad, u can have a healthy lifestyle, if u dun wanna excercise. here's my way: breakfast eat alot, lunch take fruits only (apple/banana is the best. fulling yet can clear ur system) dinner eat NO rice. juz veggie n ABIT of meat
drink loads of water, tea (help digestion). no coffee, moderate snacks if u suddenly have the urge. but u can replace ur urge of snacks to fruits.
try not to take heavy lunch if possible. u can take abit of rice (so long its ur own portion) for breakfast. rice can last u a long day.
u can have handmade noodles, beehoon n kway tiao. but not those type of proccessed noodles (yellow yellow, fat fat type)
