Qing Ming festival

  hi all,
  
  need to know: in chinese culture got this festival called "Qing Ming", whereby we go to the graveyards and clean the tombs and pray to our dead relatives, ancestors etc.
  
  this "Qing Ming" festival got any name in English? like "Gui3 Jie2" is Hungry Ghost festival, "Long Li Xing Nian" is Chinese Lunar new year etc.
