  noah noah, the express $10 cut shops which I have been to many times are not up to par. They always gave me horrible cut though I explain to them what I prefer not to have. OF the many times I went there, so far only 1 hairstylist did a good job. I wanna save $ so I went there, but now I went back to my old stylist for hair cut.
