Online order from overseas missing

Have you guys ever order a good from an online shop and end up never receiving it? This is the second time this is happening to me.
I recently order a item from an secured online shop which is located overseas. They website claims that they ship goods worldwide through airmail and my order status show that my good has already been shipped.
However for some reason i just never seem to receive it.I wrote down my address perfectly and the sales person even confirmed that my good was shipped when i contacted him but i just don't receive anything.
Does anyone here had this kinds of problems before?. I am actually expecting my good to be delivered right to my doorstep but am i suppose to go somewhere to collect it...like the airport? -
The seller sent by wat? Is there any tracking number for you to check the status of the item?

call up singpost to check, if they dropped by ur house, and u're not around, they will leave a note for u, and if dat note is lost, u might never know it arrived.
and if dun have den u better email or call their customer support and demand they resend another package over. -

1 - Check what date the package was sent
2 - Ask salesperson for ETA
3 - Ask for your tracking number and what shipping method (EMS? DHL? UPS? Registered Air Mail?)
4 - Contact the shipping company and quote tracking number
If you chose to send the package via normal airmail (no tracking number), gd luk to you, boss.

not suprise that a small parcel went missing
I even encounter one case
of a Jet engine go missing -
if they send by post will take around 7 to 20 days sometimes....
but if by courier service shld be quite fast bah.... latest 3 days perhaps -
i have been online shopping for years and never had a missing parcel...
which freight company is the store using?
u shd have a tracking number tt u can check at fedex or UPS site.....
sometimes due to customs clearance, will delay for a few days....
usually i dun use the direct international shipping.....too ex and too long....
i use vpostUSA.....since US internal land shipping is free sometimes....i jus need to pay for the freight charges from the vpost office to singapore to my home...and the charges is in SGD.
cheaper and since vpost is local company, it's easier for me to kaobeh if i need to.... -
1st of all, how do you pay them... by pay-pal or by credit card.
if by pay-pal, if the seller refused to communicate or entertain you
after the transaction... since you did not receive the goods that
you had paid for, you can request pay-pal for assistance by opening
a dispute at the resolution center. the seller will surely write back to
you as their money will be on hold by pay-pal. u will need to
escalate the dispute to pay-pal if you did not want to pay the
seller as you have not receive your goods. pay-pal will decide
the outcome. if you need more info on pay-pal u can log in to it website
if you are one of it .....
if you pay by credit-card, inform your bank that you are not going to
pay for that particular transaction as you have not receive the
said goods ... u will be require to fill in a form from the bank.
alternately, the seller send you a replacement -
yes. ordered a cd and a badge from japan. didn't come.

no reason to collect elsewhere unless ur things are being held at customs...

order from ebays US post --> all arrive
subscribed a magezine --> never come
purchase CD from HK --> never come -
check with your neighboor.
Last time my registered mail come when I not at home, then the postman left it at my neighboor house
When I use registered mail, it is important and confidencial..
