  IT may just come from Sony Ericsson's OEM factories in China and few of their employees "siphoned" off the moulds and designs.
  
  Such things happen.
  
  That's why usually companies are very strict in controlling their designs and moulds.
  
  No matter how strict, some employees are able to "borrow" the mould.
