Need help in enrolment in SP please...I've got a big problem in understanding the SP Package...
1st)It says to mail the Offer Letter and the Completed Enrollment Form..
What i want to know is which one is the offer letter??
Is it the one that says "Congratulations on your successful application for admission to Year 1 of the...." stack of papers??
If so , how come it says below that I must produce this slip for collection of student admission card during enrollment , cause if i mailed this thing off , how do i produce it during enrollment??
2nd)If i want to use the CPF-scheme thing , i can apply it by downloading the AES-F1 form from the CPF website then complete it , then mail it together with the other forms right??
3rd)Can i take my medical test from other clinic not listed in the enrollment guide?? If so , i just ask my doctor to fill in the Medical report and then mail it with the other forms right??
4th)Is it really necessary to take an X-Ray??
