  800candles
  rice grains
  plate
  an empty room
  a wooden stick(preferable 1.2m in height)
  an alarm clock
  the panties
  youself
  
  wat u can do is, put the panties on a clean plate, the go to a room, put it in the center..
  
  then go light up 800 candles and put nicely beside it in a circle pattern.. wait for 12 o clock mid night, then go dance around it.. remember to sing, "ORM.... ORM...." while dancing around it, mus take a stick and hammer the ground also.. go around it for 3 hrs..
