especially those like the chinatown complex hawker ctr (now renovating)... tables very cramped, floor oily n slippery, no fans, oiling n black n dusty ceilings, smelly drains by the foodstalls, and most foodstalls r small n cramp.
nowadays like not easy to find such places, coz many already renovated, like maxwell hawker... old airport hawker... redhill hawker...
or no more liao...like hill st hawker, whitley flyover hawker...
so where do u think can find such hawker ctr?
i can only think of bedok...

i think the old ones are the best...the news ones that they renovated, decreased the number of stalls and also the number of tables.
