  Short hair usually suits people with nice facial features as it enhances the features. If you dun have nice features, keeping short hair will only show up your deficiencies.
  
  Ella actually looks quite terrible in the short cut as it makes her fave seem swollen.
  
  Long hair tends to soften the facial features, thus giving it a more feminine character.
  
  Having said all the above, nothing is certain. There are some salons where a computer is used to generate an image preview from your photograph of how you might look in a new hair style.
  
  Service probably available at the higher end salons and probably oso cost you an arm or a leg........
