  then the stall got a cctv camera installed...
  
  ever come across such stall? especially bak chor mee stalls or mee siam with hum stalls.

  Prata stall near Jurong West St 41 there aka Enaq Restaurant. Mini foodstall.
  
  Everytime students go eat, eat until they gt money buy CCTV. At the same time, also eat until price increase.
  
  Now everyone call this shop "hei dian" (black shop).
