hmm, here's the autoit autoclicker i wrote just for this webbie.
only works on 1024x768 resolution. done on firefox, but ie should be no problem as well.
to use it, load the page with the big CLICK! button first, then run the autoclicker. after that got 5 seconds for you to go to the window with the CLICK! button, then it'll start. ESC closes it, PAUSE pauses it. it automatically sends the score too.
