Cos its someone we care about?
Some one we love?
Some one who mean dearly to us so much so that any hurt they feel indirectly hurts us as well.
And why should we care about how some one we dun like feels?

well cuz that person u loved is very important to u... and that to the extend that if they feel hurt... u will feel hurt too...
as for ppl we dont care about... like you said... dont care... so if you dont care for this person how will u get hurt when they feel hurt in the first place? -
You can even feel happy about someone u dun like,getting hurt.
