How to tell the hairstylist to cut my hair like this?

  I am sick of long hair.. shorter hair better and less maintainance. Wash and GO! So I was browsing thru some hairstyles and found the caesar cut. This hairstyle can be commonly found here, just that I don't know what to say to the hairstylist!
  
  According to Wikipedia, a caesar cut is defined as:
  
  "a men's hairstyle, with a short, horizontally straight cut fringe. The hair is layered to around 1 to 2 inches all over." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesar_cut)
  
  So I will just say, "layer the back and top 5cm (ard 2inches) and cut the fringe short"... ?
