I have to say that I am very very disappointed with a few of Singapore's Premier Brands' services, e.g. Singapore Airlines, Changi Airport, SMRT and Singtel.
First, Singapore Airlines or world-wide known as SIA or SQ. Recently, I have a question that I would like to call in the SIA call center and clarify with them and perhaps seek some help from them. But, sadly I was held in the auto-reply message for up to 30 minutes and no one answered my call! I gave up and hung up the call after 45 minutes. I was very irritated! Serving as one of the world's best Airlines, how could SIA let her customer hold on to the phone for so long. This will not surprise me if this year SIA is not voted for one of the best airlines. In fact, SIA has lost her position to Cathay Pacific and even Malaysia Airlines for few years.
Next, Changi Airport. The check-in queue was so long. The waiting time was unreasonably long. I guess soon, passengers have to go to the airport 4 hours before the departure time. No wonder, Changi has fallen behind Seoul, HK and even KLIA. Congratulations KLIA!
SMRT. I have lodged my complain to SMRT to reflect the overcrowding of certain area in the station. Commuters tend to stand near to the escalator. Other than that, the commuters tend to stand on the righthand site of the escalator while they are suppose to stand on the left and walk on the right. I have reflected this to the SMRT and they actually replied by saying that they will come out with campaign to remind commuters. But, so far, I see no campaign going on. Every morning, the station is always overcrowded especially in the CBD area.
Last but not least Singtel. It has been known to be one of the biggest telco company in South East Asia. But, it surprises me that my line was cut off when the MRT goes underground. I guess even the lousiest mobile service provider in Malaysia does not have this problem. Then, is this the service that we pay for every month>?
I think it is time for Singapore to fully wake up and see its own service provided to its customers. If this situation does not further improve, soon Singapore will lose its status as a hub although Singapore has been slowly losing its hub status to neighbor countries like Malaysia, Thailand and even Indonesia!
Singapore, oh please....
No hope on Mediacorp....
the artistes suck...
the dramas are boring...
the reality shows suck...
there's only one good thing about Mediacorp... the news... that's the only thing I enjoy watching every night
I have no high hope on Singapore's future...
