  Everytime when I'm walking at areas where grass cutting are in progress, they'll always stop cutting & wait for me to walk a safe distance away before they continue cutting...

  Let me tell you this can be very serious.
  
  Something hit my car's driver side windscreen while grass cutting was going on at that time.
  
  The damage is like a bullet hole, glass inside the car and the whole windscreen is "inverted" inwards (did not completely shatter completely due to solar flim)
  
  It happened in the afternoon at open space HDB carpark.
  
  Can you imagine if it hit someone else head?
