Type AB's are the split personalities of the blood groups. They can be both outgoing and shy, confident and timid. While responsible, too much responsibility will cause a problem. They are trustworthy and like to help others. -

but of course, we can't really judge a person based on a blood type. You have to consider other factors that make up a person's personality: environment, genes, family, habits, etc.
Just like horoscopes, this blood type personality is a popular belief (among the japanese especially) to generalize a person's character. It is not necessarily accurate because the information are vague but it sure brings fun-reading. So take it as a light entertainment. Cheers.

The descriptions on how blood type describes certain characteristics are not 100% accurate and only for reference. IF you want to be more accurate, please add in astrology readings, numerology, I-Ching, Feng Shui and many others so they ALL can nearly describe what kind of a person you really are.

Why are different exercises recommended for people with different blood types?
