  That's my sentiment cause the outlet at DTE is supposed to be the entertainment provider for that area. DTE outlet is probably going to be upgraded upon the completion of the new complex as well.
  
  At AMK Hub, Jubilee Entertainment Centre is also Zone X. From my understanding, both outlet will be operating together, which I wonder if the management have done their assessment on profits.

  The space for a food court is smaller than the current food court at Level 5...
  
  Possibility of converting level 5 into a library or even level 4 is not feasible as the library was recently renovated if you realised

  Hmm quite true too...but I have no ideas. Thats what my mum told me. She work in the Foodcourt. And from what she heard, the food court will close this year when contract finishes.

  When the new e!Hub completes its work TOP at end of this year, on a mezzanine level next to the new Cathay six-screen cinema on level 4, it will house the new Zone X...
  
  Me believe that the lease for Jubilee Entertainment Centre is ending soon... And likelihood NCI would not renew its lease with Kin Wah Pte Ltd (Eng Wah Organisation Ltd) and fully concentrate on the outlet at Ang Mo Kio Hub...

  So far, the mangement have not made any decision. As of Jan, I understand that there are plans to renovate the existing outlet at AMK Jubilee Entertainment Centre. But I find it economically unfeasible.

  Not only it's economically unfeasible but the building is rather inaccessible as there's only one escalator and a miserable small capacity elevator which often fails...

  I think we have to be realistic here... Most young people will rather go to somewhere more hip like Suntec or Vivo or Cineleisure to play arcarde... People who go to hougang mall turn out to be just want to find a place to eat and buy some necessities...

  VivoCity's arcade is under TimeZone? The arcade at Cineleisure level 4 has rather old games and expensive compared to the rest in the area like Star Factory in Plaza Singapura...

  It's under E-Zone, the same company that manage the outlet at Cineleisure. I only play Air Hockey at Cineleisure.

  I thought so too. Recently take the stairs instead as waiting for the lift is as easily 3 - 5 times slower than the time required to go down the flight of stairs.
