It depends on the company. For example when i worked at citibank, they had a lounge with loads of comfortable sofas and pillows with very cold air-conditioning and dim lights. Meant for people to go take a nap during lunch break.Originally posted by crabx:if boss dun allow how? -

i've been sleeping for about 5 hours everyday. doesnt affect me too much because i'm used to it. i can last 1 week with 2 hours of sleep everyday.

im back here again with 3.5hrs of slp from last night.
Currently running on adrenaline. -
I used to do 4 hrs everyday during my JC days.. No it wasn't that JC life was tough. But I never liked sleeping. Now in University I sleep between anything from 1 hr to 10 hrs. Averge is 4+ hours though. Its no big deal. Supposedly not good for health for an average person. But who says I am like an average person? lol.
I have stayed awake continuously for 64 hours before. Shiok~!
