clean the lens la. Wipe it gently with wet tissue (not so wet though). -
Use micro-fibre cloth or those for cleaning specs to wipe it.
If it's fungus inside the lens, then send for servicing. -

Dirty leh... it can't be orbs cuz they're not bright enough IMO. Maybe lens dirty or you photoshopped. LOL.

I remember having such pictures, thrown away by my father. -
On X-testers they managed to generate a lot of orbs using common objects like dust, pearls and what have you not...
Not saying there might not be strange and scary orbs... but a lot of orbs can be due to very common things. -
