actually fail means fail, pass means pass. the marks don't really count. The instructor just judge whether he feels u are ready to hit the road. I passed on my 4th time, with 10pts. My 3rd time, i got 48 pts, totally sian diao. Only went for 1 lesson prior to my 4th and i still passed. So yeah, maybe sometimes is heng suay. But i got perfect for my circuit and drove real careful on the road.

best time for test is weekdays 11- 12noon, or 2 - 3pm
too early in the morning too many cars going off for work.
in afternoon not so good coz parents n school bus picking up students at sec sku
too late in the evening, cars returning from work once again -
fail still can =)). wipe off that grin on your face
