mystery whistle-blower at bedok

  who did it? come on, admit....
  
  someone has been blowing a whistle at bedok south estate from as early as 2am every night for the last 2 months. it continues for at least 2 hours, the whistler will blow for abt 15 minutes for taking a short break. this has been scaring the residents and disturbing them from their sleep

  Think its a a old man who live in the bedok south area.
  Used to it liao. He do it very often. Not just at night.
  He is just whistling out of habit.
