  you should continue after the clash of naruto and sasuke at the waterfall..:

  naruto is 1-220.
  naruto shippuden is 221 to whatever episodes it has.

  Its Naruto Ep 01 - 140 (or 150?)
  
  Then It fast forwards 2 yrs in timeline into Shippuden!

  i think so...the animation after the fight u wont see it in the manga,,
  u can refer to the manga to check whether it is fillers or not
