  Can i know if u r driving or walking on roads u found a dogs or maybe other animals lying on the road without any movement on him. what will u do? what nos u will call? or what ur thoughts.

  Last time around East Coast Park area i saw a cat lying in the middle of the road at about 3am. At first it wasnt moving so i thought it was dead.. then i saw the head move a bit and it let out a few choked up sounds.. then i realised it had been run over by a car but wasn't dead yet.
  
  Back then people dun carry handphones yet.. so i din know wat to do... got no phone nearby, i almost wish i had a gun to just end its misery. Luckily a big lorry ran over it a few moments later and it didnt make anymore movements or sounds.

  it was obviously dying, not exactly mince meat but definitely beyond help already. u will never want to be in that kind of situation... feel so helpless... i almost want to find a rock n smash its head.
