My route in education wasn't a smooth one.. as compared to other people..
I gotta fight my way through... appeal for lotsa things...
I didn't do well in PSLE.. and I was posted to the Normal Academic stream..
I was shocked about my results.. only then i woke up.. only then i knew what I want to achieve in life..
After some really serious reflection and hardwork.. i was laterally transfered to the Express stream... then went on to studying in a JC..
And now... I just recieved my A levels results.. i got A A A for Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.. even without Additional Maths and Pure Sciences background at O levels...

Pets often run away from their owners around late age (dogs can live average 12yr) because they dun wan their owners see them die
Money can bring happiness! (at least in some forms)
if a guy breaks up wth a gal, all the gal have 2 do to make him return is simply..to be wth another guy..that guy who broke her heart WILL regret even if he dun admit -
in tv drama, X ask Y wan go out..Y will say ok then straight away go liao, no need take bag,take key,change clothes..

I was met with the same problem as you. The school didn't allow me to take double science because of my combined science background. But i was sure about wat i want to achieve in life. So i went on to appeal. Appealled quite a few times before the principal gave the green light. Don't know leh... I think money can buy any form of happiness, at least most happiness. From what I see, without money, you cannot survive well. Without money, you cannot do things you want. People say money cannot buy happiness, but from what I see, hear and feel, I think money can buy majority of happiness. Right now, I'm only 18 lah, maybe my opinion may change. What I feel is, I don't need to be the most wealthy people, I just need to be someone which can support my own needs without any problems.
I think because of this, the decision I made are always realistic. My friends also say I'm too realistic. Realistic in the sense that I always make the choice which will benefit me or at least not put me at a losing end, makes me do not dream anymore, for example, not making a choice and hoping that it may go my way.
From young, my parents always remind me this is a dog eat dog world and as I grow older, I begin to realise what my parents means. Sigh... -
i learned... to love, to appreciate life and living it to its fullest.
