Printer recomendation?? need contributions!!

  Hello, i need some recomendations in buying a new printer.
  
  Which brand is better, i understand that canon has cheaper ink catridges than hp ones.
  
  I also understand that my hp 1315 3 in 1 (the type that sux paper from the bottom and u-turns the paper.) is now broke down as the paper canot be sucked up.

  get the Brother DCP-115C.. its $98, 3 in 1 printer.. prints real fast and scans are sharp!! super worth it heh.

  I'm presently using the Epson Stylus CX4100. It's a 3-in-1: printer/copier/scanner and has 3 individual ink cartridges. I'd recommend this for the simple reason that it gives crisp print-outs with excellent resolution and buying individual ink cartridges saves you money.......

  brother always break down one.

  Brother manages ink in a very weird fashion.
  
  When one of the ink cartridges dries up, it refuses to print, not even in black and white.
  
  HP likes to eat papers. Canon inks sometimes a bit siao one.
  
  Overall, I will go with HP. If it's for light printing. Heavy printing, get a laser printer. It's cheaper in the long run.

  ya lor.. for brother, as long as one ink empty or dries up, u have to buy a new one in order to print.. i realise the ink dries up very fast oso.. My brother printer spolit becos when paper jam, i remove the paper by pulling (no other way liao), then something inside it spolit.. the resolution become very poor till i cant c what it is printing even when i selected "super fine". stil very new.. wasted..
  
  so now i got myself a HP at IT fair.. heard is more durable, with the ink head within the cartridge.. & ink dont dry up so fast too.. comparing to canon & brother.
