  lol the answer is more "realistic" about life, rather than "theoretical" in physics.
  
  Even you do well in your job, without good relations, you might not be able to climb. And by offending someone you shouldnt offend, might get yourself fired without doing anything wrong with your job.
  
  My guess about the correct answer is:
  Heat energy will transfer from a warmer medium to colder medium naturally.
  e.g.
  - Ice melts becuase the air around is hotter than the ice. The heat energy is transfered to make it eventually melts.)
  - CPU coolers make keep the chip's temperture by transfering the heat from the CPU chip to the metal plates(the metal plates are cooler than a working CPU chio), and then use a fan to blow the warm air away)
  
  Since the water should be colder than the air above it, it's going reverse if you want to extract heat from colder medium to a hotter medium.
  
  So, i dont think there's a way you can make a medium warmer by using some medium cooler than it is.
