NEED URGENT HELP: Qns on PayPal and Sungei Road flea market

Is anybody here a regular pro user with PayPal? Can you give me some tips as to how to use it and how 1 can obtain it? 2ndly, does anybody know whether all the old coots who sell their stuff at the Sungei Road flea market(behind the carpark next to Sim Lim Tower) requires a license or permit to do it there? How can 1 obtain a space to sell stuff there?
Any help given will be MOST appreciated

that flea market i only see old ah pek selling old broken rubbish there...

Sungei road - stall free - you go there got empty space - you can take, but later uncles there take pole and beat you up not my problem.
Why you want to go there and sell things ? - there not worth - all things sell dirty cheap , not worth the trouble, you may as well go rent places like tanglin mall or china square to sell things.
Paypal . - you just go there to www.paypal.com to setup your account.
1) you will need a email address.
2) for buying - you need a local bank account or credit card - to pay.
for selling - you need a local bank account to transfer the funds to so you can withdraw.
read up the charges for each transaction (%) and transfer fee for transfer money to local bank. -
