Hey, this is nice !! I like it.. For me, I used the Kaswasaki rose and modified a little with wire and green tape, I create my own origami leaf ... Now rather buzy .. err ... I think the instruction is rather clear... besides you can always rewind to get better instruction... don't think you need personal attention. Try it on your own..
