Everyone living here has a sword, and you need a sword to survive in this wilderness. For years you knew something was wrong with your fighting skills, but one day you suddenly realise that your sword just wasnt properly made. (it's majorly crooked, not crooked like a blade but more like a grass).
This means that whatever swordskill in the past you learnt is made void. You wish time would stop so that you dont have to travel through this jungle any further, not at least until you sort out what to do. Get a new sword? Resources are scarce and everyone is registered with their very own sword when they are born. Learn to wield this special weapon? Time doesnt stop for you. Knowing that your sword is wrong you dont even bother with your previously learned swordskills anymore. You just clumsily weild your sword like a club. You trudge through the jungle with the rest. Others see that you are being weird but do not see that your sword and your swordskills are incompatible. You tell them your sword is crooked, but they say it doesnt matter. Yes, it doesnt matter, but you can only be a subpar fighter unless you have time to create a new set of swordskills. Do you want to be a subpar fighter? You still have an entire forest of beasts to battle. And the further into the jungle, the harder they are to kill.
Smart alecks think they can read little signs and synthoms and figure everything out. Ranging from all sorts of things like ji jiang fa thinking your ego would sort things out, putting you in a life and death situation thinking your will to survive will make you fight hard (still subpar anyway), going through your swordskill basics again, but to you their efforts are futile, and you even laugh at their foolishness. You thank in your heart the ones wise enough not to place any judgements first though.
Another group of smart alecks gather up and start speculating and come up with all sorts of theories. Then rumours start to spread, and people take these rumours as gospel truths and use them on you. Without even mentioning the rumours they heard.
So with a dead heart you tag along with the rest further and further into this jungle, and people begin to realise that you're not really doing anything to help the group. Soon people treat you like dirt because you're useless to the group.
After like a few years of gritting it through, you finally created and mastered a new set of swordskill suitable for this weapon of yours. However, things will never be the same again. In people's minds, you are still that kid who noobs up everything, doesnt care about improving your fighting abilities. Major tasks will never be assigned to you again. Unless you show your newfound skills to them. But how? Fight one of them? That'll make you evil. Spar without injuring? Lame (lame means weak in results). The only option now is to seek a new group of companions. Companions not tainted by concepts created by the previous batch. And if your previous batch decides to kaypo and start spreading rumours into whatever new group you find, then your only option now is to slaughter... -

humm..so wat if ur sword is weird..as long as u have already mastered it..u dont have to prove it..ur sword is to protect u..its ur kit to survival..its not for u to show off that u have the bestest best weapon..for as long as danger do not loom over u..u do not have to use ur sword..as for ur companion..y not just observe..y not just look at things from another point of view..at the worst..look for another group and start again..think positive..ur companion has walked this far with u..if they really meant to abandon u..they wouldnt even walked this far..
