but these are some possible signs:
- bigger bre@sts
- operation scars on her stomach (if she went through operation during giving birth).
- slightly chubby figure (this may not apply to all women) -

1) Scars from a Caesarian section
2) Scarring on the cervix (don't bother unless you're a gynae)

If she has given birth through normal delivery there's sometimes stretch marks...but then again... i won't advice you to ask such sensitive stuff...=)
