How to crack an egg properly? I can't seem to do it....
How to cook maggie with the egg having that egg form? My egg combined with the soup...I want those that the egg yolk nice nice round round one, how?
Half boil egg must boil how long? How to know the content inside already half boiled liao?

for half boiled.
when the water is boiling, put the egg(s) in for about 5 minutes.
aiyah...cooking is a lot about trial and error. if the egg is too raw, leave it in a lil longer next time.
if its too hard, take it out a lil earlier lor -

Feel so kns sia...can't even do these crack egg har.. u gently knock on the side of the egg on the edge of the table or bowl lor. a little crack can le, den u pry open with ur finger. -

when you see your mee already cooked, then crack your egg into the pot. using a pair of chopsticks, gently stir the contents of the pot. GENTLY, so you won't burst the egg yolk. This way, if you like your yolk not reli cokked, put in for awhile, if you like yours more cooked, then cook longer lor...

dun poke the blardy egg yolk if not it will not be 1 round piece liao

fry your egg sunny-side up then add to your maggie mee. i think it is very hard to get a whole egg in a pot of boiling maggie mee. some of the egg will stick to the noodles and the rest of it sink down to the bottom.

AHAHA I crack the egg abit den I use both of my thumbs to pry it open, guess wad, the egg 'BURST' and egg yolk jitao burst and not in shape Taste soe 'crispy' stuff in the noodle too.... hmm... Man I suck

to get the sunshine egg pattern with the yoke still half cooked, you cant add the egg directly into maggie mee with soup. it cant hold its form, it will be messed up and sink into the soup.
you have to fry it seprately from the maggie mee. -

if you arent an expert in cracking eggs, then crack the egg in a bowl first, remove any egg shell, then add the egg to the noodles. -

For cracking,if it is half boil,just hit a little hard and use your hand to split it into half and using a spoon to scoop the things out
half boil like 5 mins ba
For hard boil,just make a tiny hole by hitting and can peel off the shell liao -
all the egg talking here makes me feel sooo hungry.....
