Are u confident, able to operate a coffee machine & are well-acquainted with the coffee culture? If so, look thru yellowpages and ring up upscale cafes/restaurants. Even better if you can walk-in and speak to the manager. They are usually always in need of reliable staff with flair.
My 18-yr old bro works at one such upscale cafe.. he gets paid $7/hr and gets tipped alot for his service. -
