anyone read books from malcolm gladwell?
he has two great books: The Tipping Point and Blink.
i think they are brilliant and it goes a long way in helping us understand social and human psychology. If you are a businessman i recommend his books. Tipping Point tells u about the ability to make thing spread, or in his words, 'tip'. Blink teache us about the ability to think without thinking and how crucial is that first impression.
