tried tracing.......(not via the net)
but can't get bery far.......
but it's not impossible to trace lah.......need alotta effort loh........
those who has grandparents or great-grandparents who are still alive, better ask now........ -
Actually I think most chinese family got keep a book with those ancestors name. Try to ask your parent lor.

I dun need webby. My uncle and my father have a copy of the "encyclopedia" which records all my ancestors and says who is whose offspring, their names etc. Every few years, my uncle will go china to update it. He just added my names two years ago.

Back to TS's question, there is a webpage that allows you to trace your ancestry, I can't remember the exact url liao, you can check Shin Minh a few days' back. -
now i think shanghai dunno wad organisation is putting in the encyclopedia for this kinda things...in the papers few days back...but going to be completed in 08
