Wake up in the middle of the night urine.....

Sometime I sleep 6 hours... but during those time which I slep like 8-10 hours hor... in the middle of the night sure wake up and urine one... is there a rpoblem with me? Am I having a problem? I heard from someone that says like a kind of illness like diebites is like that one.... wake up in middle night urine... Do you have this kinda problem... is it normal? When I last time poly days I don't do that... I always urine int he morning after army liao I don't sleep so much liao... last time 10 hours nowadays quite often 4-6 hours whenever I sleep long hours I'll do that... What is wrong with me?

I never wake up to pee.
its either i pee before i sleep or after i wake up. -

hahaha...normal la...unless you wake up many many times to urine...our bladder got limit one ma..if diabetic, toilet will have ants crawling around your urine....(especially for guys who don't flush)

The way to cure this is to drink 100l of water before you sleep, so that you wouldnt wake up in the middle of the night to pee. You would pee before you sleep.

Wake up and pee is not a problem.
Not waking up and pee is a problem.
Usually when you are deep in sleep, and your bladder is full you will not notice it, you will continue sleeping. But sleep is not constant, sometime you will be in deep sleep, sometime light sleep. In the light phase you might awake, while turning, and then feel that your bladder is full, and you go pee. Very normal.
It is not your bladder that has changed, but your sleep pattern.
Previously you sleep like a log, then wake up in the morning and go pee.
Now you don't sleep like a log anymore. -

People wake up and pee got alot of reason. If you are healthy, then maybe is this...
When Your air con is on, you sweat gland cannot loss water, and therefore directed to your kidney.. So you'll be going to the toilet more often. -
