Missing money at home

Anybody got any experience with maid stealing money?
It's not that I want to suspect my maid, but my sister's $30 and my grandmother's $70/80 went missing. All different timings. Now my $50 is missing too. Got the $50 on sunday night, then when i was preparing to go out today, the $50 was missing from the desk i left it on. i'm very certain it was on my desk on monday night before i slept. and i'm certain it's not my dad/mom/sis/grandmother who took it.
how to confront my maid?

alert the agency
ask the agency ppl to talk to the maid..... -
no proof to prove her doing. dont leave valuable stuff lying around. not safe..

inform everyone on ur household other den ur maid quietly.
if dat $20 vanished.
no need scold her any more.

Put $30 somewhere in an evening. Record with a cam. If she gets caught red-handedly, sue her first.

Tonight then put 1 piece $100 note on the table. Remember to write donw the serial lumber. Then see if the money is still there.. -
