u ever fall down while running on treadmill in gym?

maybe u run run run till too saeh liao then miss footing then pua toh lor...
or u set the speed to fast then cannot catch up and adjust the speed on time...
or u run halfway see one hot chio bu in sports bra and tight spandex shorts hor, then never concentrate on ur running then pua toh...
or didn't notice ur shoelace came undone then suay suay step on it then fall down lor...
happened before? did u get injured or what? got any kind souls help u up? malu boh?
