It does not means unregistered channel = any owner.
It does not make it when someone oped you and u can deop everyone and make you own that unregistered channel. the one who started the channel without registering still determine them as owner. And the channel involved originally started by ms-myself -

IRC is a place to have fun and chat with people, not to abuse them. That's exactly what you are doing PuPu. And all this over a channel?
