I guess stress is needed in work.... For me... i need some pressures to get things moving... Lack of self-discipline... and I guess motivation to work plays a part too...
how abt u? Do you perform better wif stress? or otherwise? -

If you are really passionate about starting a business of your own and still having hard time trying to figure out which small business opportunities ideas are right for you because you donÂ’t find a subject that you can easily talk about. You still can find a way to start your business. -

stress-free would only lead to complacency.
so, crux here is, yes stress is needed. For motivation, & for minimal pressure to push ourselves to do those we've gotta do. (: -

I can't work when pressure is push upon me... I'll resist it one... but I worked extremely well when motivated. That includes the ability to work extra hard 3-4 times than normal people and able to take extreme stress when such motivation occurs... Thank God I'm quite a self motivating person.
