Do you use the Singapore government portal www.ecitizen.gov.sg or any of its sections? If yes, you can participate in 19 minutes interview to give your feedback.
Human Factors International (known as HFI, www.humanfactors.com ) - an international usability consulting firm with office in Singapore, is currently conducting an official project to improve the ease-of-use of the government portal. Your feedback is valuable and it will help the government to design a new and better portal.
Feedback Interview details:
Format: One-to-one session (NOT a focus group). Informal and conversational.
Duration: 19 minutes
When: Between 9th April- 20th April 2007. Time slot can be scheduled as per your convenience.
Where: HFI's office in Singapore (Just outside Raffles Place MRT)
An attractive token of appreciation ($50) will be provided.
