  From what i remember, the 'talktime' is the battery life.
  
  Maybe that phone has no battery.

  talktime is the amount of time that you can meddle with the phone functions before it dies on you.
  
  Standby time is when you leave your phone there and not do anything, how long the batt can last...
  
  yours probably typo error. Talk time 0.00 then buy for wat?? SE actually got such errors??
