Sleep without fan or aircon?

Must blow direct on me with at least No.2 setting.
No occilation, because I will still perspire from the on off wind.
No to aircon because it is not good in the long run. -
i sleep wif fan always power is at 3 blow directly de ... if not ar.. like morning walk around wif no fan i will sweat de donno why...my body so strange sweat le the shirt will become a oily yellow if i wore it many times eg my PE t-shirt

This suggests the importance of renting a house where your bedroom has to face a big field. Then, when other forumnites despair over the hot climate, you will be battling tornados every night.
