  is no longer wiht AIA
  
  As such we have appointed XXXXX as your new servies consultant
  
  I mean har???
  
  I never even have brought any policy
  
  from them before
  
  How come i have a policy with them???

  speakin abt insurance.. i recently gotten one.. but my agent says i am not allowed to name beneficaries on the policy.
  if i want one, i havve to go to a lawyer to draft a will .

  Can it be some kind of advertisment??
  I mean they send this letter, to make you think that you have a policy there, then when u call and look for this "new consultant", he will tell you he reserved a plan for you(Even give you a policy number already!), and ask you to meet up and tell you more about it.
