go search for neutrogena blackhead and it will throw up 4 results. the reviews by the Americans are not good for any of its same line of products.
you are better off, steaming your face to open up the pores, and then sticking on the Biore Pore Pack to remove blackheads. -

Cold water will help to make your pores smaller. Though is not permanent, it helps to not block off your sweat and oils from coming out of your face and form the new black heads.
Try L'oreal pore refining products?
