I quit because I thought of how I burn thousands of paper into my lungs and heart every year. And I pay money to do that. How stupid right. -

my weight ballooned after I quit .... I'm not sure if it was the purging of toxins from my body, or the compulsive chewing and eating habit that I picked up to ward off my nicotine cravings ....

i dun feel horrible but at times will stil feel like having a stick though its going 1yr.
i think it does more good than bad, but i gained weight.

hmm now l stop smoking le..cuz l no $ liao..but l tink sumtime when l see ppl smoke or when l am stress up...l am tempted to go and buy and lite up a cigarette to smoke..that is how l feel..
but hor no $ den l wont smoke lo..got extra den buy and smoke -

I try to quit smokin many times & i think one of the best time to quit is while u r sick... like hvin a very bad flu. I loses my cravin to smoke, at the same time can avoid smoke buddies. But after recover it's a new challenge.
I hvn't touch any cigarette for almost 1 week... I replaced em with an vick inhaler. No doubt the craving is back & hauntin me... but frankly I feel much better & fresher without cigarette. Hopefully can continue to endure...
