  There is one tattoo shop at far east doing that.

  Air brush, it is cheap and easy. less than 10bucks can make it and just a mins will do. No pain and it can last about 1week++

  I think if u want to test out, go alive studio at Mings Arcade, opposite hardrock cafe. They can do a temp on the design u want and see how u feel about it and at the same time, test ur mum
